Using Looks Creator Pro
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Looks Creator Pro, its app and website.
What the service does
Looks Creator Pro helps you combine clothes, shoes and bags into outfits. Start with an item you own, choose your preferences and receive outfit combinations to explore, refine and save. AI-generated images are suggestions; they do not guarantee an exact reproduction of an item, fit or retailer availability.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Invitations and styling allowances are subject to the access and usage limits displayed by the service. Do not share access to evade these limits.
Your photos and AI processing
Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content or another person's private information without their permission. You keep the rights you already have in your photos.
When you choose AI styling and permit photo processing, Looks Creator Pro sends your selected photo, size, preferences and refinement feedback to Google's Gemini API to create outfits. This permission is separate from accepting these Terms. You can decline or withdraw it in Settings → Privacy; no new photo-based AI request will be sent without permission. Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent.
The styling service processes photos in memory and holds generated results temporarily for delivery. Google also processes API data under its applicable terms. The Privacy policy explains recipients, retention, local storage and account deletion.
Saved looks and shopping
Your saved collection is stored on your device for the signed-in account. Keep separate copies of images you want to retain before removing the app or clearing its data. Collections are not automatically copied to another phone.
Shopping searches open third-party websites. They suggest similar complementary pieces rather than verified matches to every generated item. Retailers control their own products, prices, sizing, availability, delivery and returns; review their information before purchasing.
Responsible use and availability
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, copy another person's private information or use the service for unlawful purposes. Access may be restricted for misuse or exhausted allowances. Features may be interrupted for maintenance or provider failures; you may need to retry a request.
Accepting these Terms does not authorise a payment. Any purchase requires a separate price disclosure and confirmation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using the service and delete a customer account in Settings. Read the Privacy policy for the information removed and any records retained. Remove exports, backups and copies on other devices separately.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and date are shown here. Material changes requiring renewed agreement will be presented before you continue using the affected feature.
Questions and privacy choices
The Support page explains account assistance and available controls. For help with an invitation or account, contact the person who provided your invitation. Do not share your password. Advertising consent and iPhone tracking permission remain separate choices and are not granted by accepting these Terms.
