Privacy

Your photos and outfit ideas are personal. Here’s how information is handled when you use Looks Creator Pro.

Your account

The account service stores your email address, a salted password hash, account role, access status and account timestamps. Your password is not stored as readable text. The app keeps your signed-in session in secure device storage.

Styling allowances are linked to your invitation. Usage records track request counts, model information, timing and estimated generation costs. Those measurement records do not contain your photos or outfit images.

Photos and outfit creation

Your selected photo and saved looks are kept on your phone. For personalised outfit generation, the app asks for your permission to upload the selected item photo. Your photo and styling preferences are then sent through the styling service to Google’s Gemini API to create outfit images.

The styling service processes the photo in memory. Generated images and job results are temporary and are cleared from the service after approximately 30 minutes or when it restarts. Saved looks remain on your phone until you delete them. Google processes API data under its applicable terms and policies. Google Gemini API terms.

Avoid uploading images containing sensitive information. The introductory fashion pictures are fictional style inspiration, not customer photos.

Saved looks and searches

Saved looks and preferences are stored separately for each account on the same phone. They are not automatically synced between phones. Find similar pieces opens an external search using the chosen item description and shopping country. It does not send your photo, sizing preferences or account session to the search engine.

Advertising choices

When advertising is displayed in the app, Google’s advertising and consent services may process device and advertising information. Where consent choices are required, you can manage them through the app’s privacy options. Google Privacy Policy.

Deleting your information

You can delete saved looks and local styling data in the app. To delete your customer account, open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm with your password. This removes your account access and that account’s photos and saved looks on the current phone.

Copies stored on another phone, exports and device backups must be removed separately. Invitation usage counts remain to maintain styling allowances. Generation measurement records use a 31-day retention window. Service access logs and backups may be retained separately by the hosting provider.

This website

This website sets no cookies and has no account form, advertising or analytics scripts. It does not upload photos. The website’s hosting service receives the connection information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address.

Pausing website animations saves your motion preference in this browser until you resume motion or clear your browser’s site data. Choose the home page’s Resume animations button to remove the saved preference. It contains no account information and is not sent to the styling service or an advertising company. Your device’s Reduce Motion setting is also respected.

See Support for account and data controls. For a request about your account or invitation, contact the person who provided your invitation. Do not share your password.
